We guarantee that all our feedback is genuine and can only be submitted by people who have booked through our websites.
Dr Carol Farr, May 2012: Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, quiet and secure.
Mrs Louise Gibson, May 2012: I will definately be returning for a visit. The layout of the campus certainly makes it a lovely environment both to study and visit as a b and b guest. Excellent frequent bus service to the city centre too. Thanks to the porters, breakfast staff and chambermaid who were all very pleasant.
Miss Kate Elliott, May 2012: someone else made the booking for me so I can't comment on the website, but everything about the accommodation was fantastic, and all the staff I encountered couldn't have been friendlier. Thank you
Mr peter oram, April 2012: Excellent stay, breakfast fantastic - especially thye lovely most welcoming friendly lady serving them! It took me back to the maternal nature of Wenty staff (Doris and Sue cleaners) when I studied at York 20 yrs ago. Thank you so much for having us and we'd love to return soon.
Mrs Sara Spillett, April 2012: Great venue, porters and breakfast staff were really helpful, making me feel at home even though I was only staying one night. Nothing was a problem for them to sort - even allowing me to have breakfast half an hour before they officially opened for the day. Recomended!

Mr Noel Emms, February 2012: As usual a very good service and an outstanding stay again! I have stayed several times at wentworth and would not consider anywhere else, as all facilities are of a high standard. However Breakfast on sunday was not very hot and sausage over cooked for my taste, but this is only trivia if pushed for a complaint. Keep up the good work and thank you

Mrs Victoria Morley, April 2011: This was my 2nd stay at Wentworth College and everything was most agreable. The room was clean and bright with shampoo ,towels, tea, making, fridge, TV etc. Very good value . Parking was fine , but if you came during the working week it would be best to arrive after 5 when spaces are easily available and you can pay again after 8 in the morning. There is a very nice leg stretching walk very nearby signed Fulford.
Mr Yat Wai Joseph Wong, April 2011: Very enjoyable stay! The room condition is very good. I will definitely consider to stay again in Wentworth in the future.
Ms Sarah Willis, April 2011: Everything I needed and very helpful staff at porter's lodge. Pleased to find a hairdryer in the room.

Rosemary Kitching, March 2011: I really enjoyed staying at Wentworth College and I was very impressed with the facilities and comfort provided. Unfortunately I didn't take advantage of the breakfast coupon (I had an interview and was too nervous to eat!) but I'm sure it would have been more than satisfactory.
The only recommendation I could make is that perhaps a little more milk could be provided with the tea/coffee-making facilities.
Mr Noel Emms, March 2011: Fantastic level of service from start to finish! I usually book over the phone but doing it through travel booking network made life a whole lot easier & i saved into the bargain as well. Well done guys! keep up the good work!!!

Cathy Kerr, February 2011: It would be useful to tell people that the room is fitted with a TV and includes a hairdryer. Had I known this I wouldn't have brought my own hairdryer and would have saved weight in my hand luggage! Not sure if we picked a bad day, but the cooked breakfast was not very warm at all.

Angela Thurnham, November 2010: Great value thank you
Mr S Troughton, November 2010: A very pleasant stay, very good value. Will come again soon. A bus timetable in room would be useful.
Carolyn White, October 2010: Lovely clean rooms, good facilities, all in all a very pleasant experience.
Kareem Baddour, September 2010: good value for money. Would book again. My only complaint would be noise immediately outside the ground floor window of the room likely due to other conference travellers catching a cab early in the morning.
Valerie M White, September 2010: Stayed before for my godson`s` wedding. He went to York Uni. All the staff were very friendly . Porter was great. Very good value for money and email giving directions and time from city centre + bus info excellent. Many thanks ,Maggie White.
Chirstopher Davies, August 2010: With free internet and breakfast ( even with only 1 helping), and the price campared to other Uni's this is excellent value for money. Could you please be more specific with the "Standard of Service" - what are you referring too.? Shower cubicle is a little tight. Very pleased with your stay.
Holly Miller, August 2010: Everything was great. We were overall impressed!

Rachel Warren, June 2010: Very pleased with the room and the service, although the tv was missing (I thought there would be one in the room). I would come back or recommend the service to others, it was really good value. Thank you very much!
Michelle Gibson, June 2010: We were all very impressed with the standard of the accommodation. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very filling and tasty and the on-site staff we met (the porter and the serving lady at breaksfast) were both very helpful and courteous. I though the on-line information in terms of car parking and public transport were extremely helpful. It was excellent value for money and we would defintely stay again the next time we're in York and would definitely recommend to others. Thank you!
Alison Mackiewicz, June 2010: excellent!
Jonathan Millar, May 2010: I accidentally left my shirt in the wardrobe and the cleaner found it and tracked us down to return it, we had a great stay and were provided with everything that we needed and wanted, beyond our expectations and the cost was a fraction of other options we explored. Thanks! Jonathan Millar
Stephen Gaughan, May 2010: Good value and excellent breakfast.
Miss J Bower, April 2010: Very comfortable accommodation in lovely setting. Would certainly stay there again.
Sandra Lees, April 2010: Room basic, but good value - ideal for a short stay.
Dwayne Boyers, April 2010: I was very pleased with the room in which I stayed. It was comfortable, warm and clean. Breakfast was excellent with a good range of options. I was happy to have chosen Wentworth college as i believe some of my course colleagues had quite an unpleasent experience at some of the other university accommodation
Alice Gruber, March 2010: My stay was really good, thanks - the only thing I did not like is the state of the kettle.
Thanks.

uni's service on a regular basis.
its always good and always great value, never had any problems.
Graham Gilbert, March 2010: My daughter enjoyed the university so much, she intends to spend the next 4 years with you...
Lynn Nichol, March 2010: My only comment would be that the TV had very poor reception and was unwatchable, this wasn't really a significant issue for me but it seems rather pointless having a TV if you can't watch it! Otherwise it was all very good.
